This is a badly worn McElroy 618 Machine. The repair process starts when the machine is received into our shop and MR technicians look over it to find the apparent problems. Parts and labor are figured and the customer is made aware of the work required before our technicians proceed. Alternately, our technicians can go to your facility and provide a quotation before a decision is made to work on the machine. |

During the repair process, the 618 is torn completely apart and new parts are added. Once finished, the machine operates as close to new as possible

When torn down, the 618 is also re-painted to make it appear as good as new.

The finished machine is as close to new as possible in terms of both operation and appearance. If the machine is used correctly and regular preventative maintenance is performed, it will provide trouble-free operation for a very long-time.
